Safer, Stronger, Together

We maintain a 1:10 teacher to student ratio, and an overall 1:8 adult to student ratio. Whether it’s travel support or academic guidance, everyone is seen, heard, cared for.

Whether on a shopping spree, sightseeing or even a bathroom break, students are always under the watchful eye of an adult.
Dedicated overnight supervision from Sprouts staff ensures students are safe and supported all the time. From sleepwalkers to stargazers, we’ve got them covered.

First-Aid Pros & Ouchie Experts

All our tour managers are trained and certified in CPR and basic emergency response to act swiftly in case of a health concern.
A stocked first aid kit and tour staff trained in its use follows the students. Accessible hospitals are identified before the trip. In case of an emergency, students are accompanied for treatment, immediate parent communication is assured and safe return arrangements are in place if needed.

We only run trips that are fully vetted and field-tested for logistics, safety, and any expected twists.
Parents, school faculty, and students are about safety protocols, group rules, and essential tour details and trip expectations before wheels start rolling.
All programs are designed age appropriately and are conducted under expert supervision using government-approved, UIAA-certified gear.

Only 3-star and above accommodations with CCTV surveillance, round-the-clock security, and top-notch hygiene are handpicked for all tours.
We partner only with licensed transport providers, perform pre-trip checks, and ensure buses are clean and air-conditioned.
Hygienic, well-balanced vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals, with packed options from trusted brands when needed. Special dietary needs? We accommodate them all.

From check-in photos to activity highlights, our dedicated WhatsApp groups ensure you never feel far from your child’s adventure.
If a student must return home early for any reason, our team arranges a secure and accompanied return from the nearest airport.
